I ordered a Mini Chocolate Dipped Indulgence box to be delivered to my boyfriend with balloons. While the box was delivered, the balloons were not, and I was a little sad, so I put in a complaint. I got a call from the place first thing the next day, and the person on the phone was so nice. They said they could send a 6-ct of chocolate covered strawberries plus the balloons that were originally missing as a compensation. He was very pleasant and the "make-up" order was delivered very promptly. My boyfriend (the recipient) said the fruit and chocolate from both deliveries he received were so delicious, fresh, and a great way to start off his week. I thought my experience here was a 10/10, customer service was fast, and the quality of the actual product was amazing.

I ordered the 12 ct assorted cookies on their website just for them to have me wait a whole hour to tell me they don’t have cookies at this location. False advertising & they also took my money & I had to request a refund. Why advertise a whole bunch of stuff if you don’t have it & charging people for stuff you don’t even have. stupid !!!
