I ordered a Mini Chocolate Dipped Indulgence box to be delivered to my boyfriend with balloons. While the box was delivered, the balloons were not, and I was a little sad, so I put in a complaint. I got a call from the place first thing the next day, and the person on the phone was so nice. They said they could send a 6-ct of chocolate covered strawberries plus the balloons that were originally missing as a compensation. He was very pleasant and the "make-up" order was delivered very promptly. My boyfriend (the recipient) said the fruit and chocolate from both deliveries he received were so delicious, fresh, and a great way to start off his week. I thought my experience here was a 10/10, customer service was fast, and the quality of the actual product was amazing.
- VRVinny RamSep 7, 20251.0Spend your money somewhere else's they are very unprofessional told us they are sending a fruit basket at 12pm i get a call 230pm by the driver saying the roads are closed they advise us to come met with the driver at avenel motor to pick up the basket we get there in 10 minutes no one is at avenel motor parking lot give them a call back no picks up the phone had to call at lest ten for someone to pick up the phone where a person ask me if i speak different language so she can communicate with me SMH when I was talking to her about the situation she hanged up the phone which was very unprofessional I gave the edible spot alot of bussiness this place doesn't even deserve even a 1 star please think twice before doing business with them.

He rang my door bells none stop and call multiple times even though I explain on the phone I just had surgery and couldn't rush down from a 2nd floor. I call this in and was told they were going to speak to the driver. Arrangements it self was good with the exception of the pine apples. We were send the hard of the pine apples cover in chocolate which was very difficult to chew.Hope you can take this review and better your service for others.
