That was my first and last time shopping at Windsor, Manager needs to do a better job at hiring and training employee about decent customer service

While I was in the fitting room (with the door already locked), staff repeatedly knocked and insisted I lock it again, which felt excessive and intrusive. When I accidentally dropped a few clothing items on the floor, I was immediately told to pick them up in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh. Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If you prefer a more relaxed and respectful shopping experience, I would recommend visiting a different location.
