False advertising 110%. When you click on their site it clearly shows the 30% items in that section. I work for a car dealer and this is as deceptive as it gets. Ascend has sucked since their first location in Montclair. Edit from previous 1 star: they called me and were very nice. Asked me if I wanted a free item and I told them it wasn’t the point of my review. That I just wanted ppl to know about the fake sale. The guy handled it very well and still gave me a 30% coupon in case I wanted to go back. Updating to 3 star

In general their in person menu and ordering process is clunky and inefficient. Get better. Every other dispensary has this figured out.

He literally told my grandmother that’s a medical patient too bad in a snarky manner and was absolutely awful to her. We will not be coming back. This is the fourth time we’ve been in there and he’s been nasty to customers nasty to other employees talking down to them. I can’t believe ASCEND can’t get a good manager there. This is the fifth manager and my last time coming there as a customer and my grandmother as a patient. Let me know when you get another manager because Joe is the worst one out of all five you’ve had in the past year and a half. Get a man that treats its employees like people not cogs and a wheel. Get a manager that doesn’t talk nasty to the customers with the attitude. I couldn’t Believe how he spoke to his employees with disabilities it was utterly disgusting and that’s the main reason I won’t be coming back he took The button away from disabled employees because he felt like they need to open the door for customers. It’s a security button. Why don’t you work on your attitude Joe and not belittling your employees and customers ASCEND do a better job. You hire the nastiest people in the world for management
