I was looking for a pair of jeans in a size and was asked if I needed help and asked what she thought of the jeans and she gave me great ideas. To the last review, who gave one star not for nothing but there is so much theft going on. I’m just so grateful that J.Crew factory is in our area and trying to make Wayne a place that businesses want to come to.
- SKSusan KJul 11, 20241.0The staff here is extremely uninformed. Whenever I come in, no one is smiling, welcoming or happy, including the manager. When you ask to see an item in another size the staff looks bothered to help you, they don’t even check their inventory in the stockroom, and instead only check online and tell you whether it’s available online or not. Staff should first check in store inventory before online so that the customer can go home with that item, that’s standard retail practice. Everytime at the cash register they seem like they don’t know how to use their own machines and are incredibly, I mean incredibly and abnormally slow while ringing you up or looking up sizes. The staff regardless of who it is always looks confused when they’re using their cashier or checking for sizes. None of the employees here seem informed. They also close their store earlier than what’s listed online. If the store closes at 8pm they should not be locking their doors at 7:40 and putting trash cans infront of the door to block people from entering. Very poor management and unwelcoming environment at this new store.
