Gosto deste Shopping porque tem as lojas que eu gosto de comprar, tem restaurantes bons e não fica muito longe de casa.

I live up in W. Milford and needed to get my Christmas shopping done so I was pleased when we came across this mall. Parking was intense but that was due to the holiday traffic. There were many stores and places to eat. Will be going back!

Worst mall in the state. The entire complex has probably one of the worst layouts I have ever seen in my life and the shoppers who come here are rowdy and cause trouble. The ring road around it is an unsafe hellhole where drivers feel the need to nearly hit me every-time I come here. If this mall was torn down I wouldn’t be sad at all. My drive to Caldwell would be a lot easier. Implement an under 18 curfew to prevent the crime that has riddled the place lately. Go to GSP if you can this place is a dump. I’m not a fan of malls but this one takes the cake.

Today, I had a very unpleasant experience at the Zara store. There was a threat of an active shooter, and fortunately, nothing serious happened, and we are safe. However, I believe that the way the situation was handled was not appropriate. Instead of keeping us sheltered inside the store while the threat was assessed, the staff evacuated us outside, potentially exposing customers and employees to greater risk. In such situations, the top priority should be safety, following clear emergency protocols until the threat is resolved or authorities give further instructions. I understand that these situations are stressful and challenging to manage, but a company of this size should have better emergency protocols and staff training to protect everyone inside their premises. I hope Zara reviews its procedures and takes steps to ensure that, in the future, the safety of customers and employees is truly the top priority.

Nightmare Before Christmas for Santa Picture in Willowbrook Mall We visited Willowbrook Mall in Wayne to take Santa photos with our children and experienced a very confusing and poorly managed process. There appeared to be two groups of families: those with reservations and those without. Our family did not have a reservation and was placed at the end of the line, which we fully understood and accepted. However, after waiting patiently and eventually being called to take our photos, other families who had been waiting off to the side were brought in ahead of us, despite arriving later. We waited for over three hours, during which no one in our family was able to have lunch. By the end, our youngest child was exhausted, crying continuously, and eventually fell asleep from sheer fatigue. As a parent, this was heartbreaking. The staff managing the line appeared to have completely overlooked our family, and there was no visible staff member clearly responsible for maintaining order. When concerns were raised, we were told that these actions were based on a manager’s instructions; however, no manager was present on site to provide clarification or address the situation. This resulted in an unfair and stressful experience, especially for children who had been waiting patiently. I hope management at Willowbrook Mall can improve staff coordination and on-site supervision so future families are treated fairly and the process is clear, organized, and respectful.
