Evelyn is one of those rare people who actually cares about the families she’s helping. She guided us through every step, made sure we felt comfortable, and never rushed us even though we had the kids with us. She helped us pick poses, adjust outfits, fix little details, and made sure every shot came out clean. You can tell she’s very well-trained and takes pride in doing things the right way. The studio itself was clean, organized, and set up nicely for the holiday photos we wanted. Evelyn kept the energy light and friendly, making the whole experience stress-free. My son was moving around, my daughter was shy at first, and she still managed to get perfect shots of both of them. That alone deserves a medal. By the time we wrapped up, we felt like we were taken care of by someone who actually enjoys their job. Great customer service is rare these days, but Evelyn delivered it at a top level — friendly, helpful, patient, and very professional.
