- KRKathy Rivadeneira3 days ago1.0So disappointed in this store, I had my receipt, unfortunately my son took the tags off and never wore the pants, I was asking for either an even exchange or a gift card so I won’t lose my money.: the date time management simply refused without looking at the pants. I stated pants never were worn and I’m willing to get a gift card.. all she kept repeating was this is our policy no kindness at all.. she a date time management and unpleasant even the way she talked to me was cold.. not happy with this location.. now I don’t even know what to do with the pant.s

The manager on duty, Laurice, was not very friendly and gave the impression that she didn’t want to be there at all. It really took away from the shopping experience. That said, I do really like American Eagle’s clothing and will give another location a try. I hope to have a more positive experience with the staff next time.
