And I found a great pair of super-comfortable Skechers... And a female employee by the name of Victoria was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and she even helped me by finding a coupon, ultimately, matching the same price as Amazon! I had the unfortunate experience of coming into contact with Curtis while returning a damaged shoe that I received after purchasing online. Already inconvenienced he did not try to help at all but made the process more difficult than need be. He will make the company lose customers and thus money as his unprofessional and unskilled presence is a deterrent to shop at that store.

Insanely affordable (and dare I say- CHEAP) prices aside, it’s never crowded and the staff lets you browse and shop around in peace without being too pushy for a sale. Both girls at the register had great customer service skills, and Alana checked me out. She could not have been sweeter or funnier, and convinced me to get the special protection spray on all 3 pairs of sneakers I bought.
