- KKKevinSep 24, 20251.0Representatives of this company are very friendly, But these interlock systems have flaws I'm constantly having to pay lock out fees, when I question the accuracy of my device I'm told even ice cream can cause a lock out. You get one chance only for a free lock out code. While paying these ridiculous fees I asked for a break down on what I owed, paid my dues only to find out I was charged an extra $ 79.97 I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF ANY EXTRA FEES AND NEVER DID I AUTHORIZE TO TAKE OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
