No!Did they call the other number? No! They said they called the person receiving the product but no answer. Then they lie to me and said they called us the day of the delivery. My order was a sympathy order to be received on time. That’s why I paid the extra money for shipping. When I asked for a refund, just for the shipping, it was like pulling teeth. I practically had to beg! That is not customer service. And don’t try to speak over the customer. You messed up, lied and you were not willing to fix it. Over $10 shipping fee. Thank you for giving me back my shipping money since my order never got there. No thank you on using your store again. People are rude and dishonest.
