  If this store is to stay open for anytime longer they should stop with the bogus buy one get two free or buy three and get two free whatever it is it is not worth it. Beyond that when shopping for expensive things you would expect to see a bathroom that would enable you to take care of your personal needs as well as be able to dry your hands after washing them upon exiting the restroom for the ladies a woman was standing there trying not to look at me when I asked her if she was the manager she said yes. She said what's the matter? In a almost angered tone. I said the bathroom is a nightmare and not only was not cleaned entirely all the receptacles were left open for soap and towels but we're not filled. She went on to correct me by stating the woman was just in there to clean! Space space does she think I would tell her this for the fun of it? I literally had to wipe my hands on my clothing to dry them as to not re-contaminate my hands wet on a dirty door handle. I told her that her lack of interest was alarming as well as her lack of managerial interest and asked her for her name she said she would call up and have the girl come back and ignored my request for her name. One of the other woman pulled out her name as Margaret. Someone should be managing over the cleaning people who are taking a salary who were downstairs by the cafeteria section of the mall laughing and have no equipment on their carts. OUTRAGEOUS... I ALSO LIKE TO ADD THAT I ASKED HER IF SHE HAD TO USE THAT BATHROOM AND SHE CONFIDENTLY SAID NO.

  I couldn't post because it was supposed to be a gift for my husbands father for Christmas. We got the whole family together for a photo shoot which my sister in law book in advance for 11 people. When we arrived apparently a few people called out and they were short staffed so we waited over an hour and a half which was fine because it was the only day we could all make it. The wait wasn't the problem. They have two studios a bigger one in the front and a small room in the back. There were 11 of us and we ended up in the back room. We did some normal poses but also wanted to do a few of those trendy funny J.C. penny poses. I basically set up all the funny pose ideas for the photographer he shot all the photos. When we went back out and the pictures finally came on the screen they were horrible! Uncentered, people cropped out of the photos you say the hallway they were just bad!! I asked if there was a way to string or fix them so everyone would be in the shot fully and they couldn't do it. I also asked the photographer if he couldn't get us all in the shot why didn't he say something and suggest to move us in the bigger room. I also asked why he didn't say that we all weren't in shot and he said on the camera we were but in the screen that's the way it comes out. But they can't photoshop or shrink or fix the photos. It was very unfortunate because all of the funny pictures came out horrible.
