  I ordered prescription Ray-Bans through Ray-Ban and chose “Ship to Store” at this Sunglass Hut. They came in — but nobody bothered to call me. I only knew they arrived because I tracked the package myself. Ok np...BUT THIS IS WHERE I WANT TO BLACK OUT... When I went in, the tall young girl with brown hair couldn’t have been less interested in helping. She was visibly annoyed that I even asked a question. She wouldn’t make a single adjustment to the frames — not even basic fitting — and acted like handing me the box was the absolute most effort she was willing to put in. It was pure laziness, and honestly embarrassing customer service for a store representing premium eyewear. If you’re going to be a pickup location, at least act like you care. Now that there’s an RX error in the lenses (Ray-Ban’s lab mistake), I know I’ll get zero support from this place, which was the whole reason why I chose a dtore to pick them up at. I wouldn’t recommend choosing this store for pickup unless you want to do all the work yourself and be frustrated that lazy young people either dont want to do their jobs or are just grossly ill-informed. **Side note, how does this store get away with this, after reading the reviews it seems everyone has issues here and they sound like people who are coming in to SPEND. Im calling SH corporate but will also make a stink on the Ray Ban side, either way its the same company. Not sure how this store isnt on the Luxottica radar for terrible reviews and underperforming #'s, cause Im pissed like the other reviewers!
