  I couldn't post because it was supposed to be a gift for my husbands father for Christmas. We got the whole family together for a photo shoot which my sister in law book in advance for 11 people. When we arrived apparently a few people called out and they were short staffed so we waited over an hour and a half which was fine because it was the only day we could all make it. The wait wasn't the problem. They have two studios a bigger one in the front and a small room in the back. There were 11 of us and we ended up in the back room. We did some normal poses but also wanted to do a few of those trendy funny J.C. penny poses. I basically set up all the funny pose ideas for the photographer he shot all the photos. When we went back out and the pictures finally came on the screen they were horrible! Uncentered, people cropped out of the photos you say the hallway they were just bad!! I asked if there was a way to string or fix them so everyone would be in the shot fully and they couldn't do it. I also asked the photographer if he couldn't get us all in the shot why didn't he say something and suggest to move us in the bigger room. I also asked why he didn't say that we all weren't in shot and he said on the camera we were but in the screen that's the way it comes out. But they can't photoshop or shrink or fix the photos. It was very unfortunate because all of the funny pictures came out horrible.

  If you need new jeans, men or women, goto old navy. I’ve never seen soooo many jeans for both. These sweats here I had ordered online. Since they are woman’s, I ordered a size up as always. DONT do that lol I had to take them back. I tried a large on and then a medium. The medium was perfect and the wide legs are completely fine. Not way over wide.

  The salon charges excessive prices. Online it says haircuts start at $25, but when you get there, they say it’s $60 because the person supposedly is a senior stylist. Also, I was there in the afternoon, and one of the doors to the store was still locked.

  Denise, the jewelry manager, made an appalling RACIST remark about immigrants and ICE, followed by loud unapologetic laughing. I’m sure JCPENNY stands with these racist, hateful values, as nobody else chimed in or stopped her. I hope to see her fired, if not reprimanded. She has multiple complaints against her, clearly she is an issue.
