Returned dress shoes that have a Velcro closure that kept breaking free (worn for a few hours at a wedding) and she explained in a snarky tone “I can’t sell used shoes”. Didn’t need the attitude but she did give me store credit.

Size 11. I don’t find what I was looking for in clearance or full price but was surprised by a nice pair of Naturalizer flat shoes. The sales clerk was so friendly and apologized that I waited 2 seconds at the register before she arrived. It was a nice acknowledgment. I’ve honestly only ever shopped clearance at any of these stores. I feel the quality of shoes is only acceptable at a clearance price here. Great experience.
