  It is truly disheartening to see customers treated with such a poor attitude. I have always visited other Van locations and have never encountered the kind of problems I experienced today. I typically spend between $3,000 and $5,000 across various stores. The person who assisted me—whom I believe to be the manager (Mike)—stated that he could not sell me more items because we are resellers, and Van's policy supposedly prohibits this. This is something I have never heard at any other location. What a terrible experience. I hope you can clarify your policies to prevent incidents like the one that occurred today. I also hope to see improved service for the general public moving forward.

  This review is directed at Autumn and not the store as a whole. I have truly never encountered a more oppressively miserable and loathsome presence in my entire life and I will actively avoid spending a single dollar at this store until she's fired and a spiritual cleanse has been done of the entire building. She was rude, inattentive, foul mouthed, and the only thing she managed to help me with was the realization that my time and money would have been better spent at any of the other stores in the plaza.

  Unfortunately quality of sneakers suddenly tanked. They wear out very quickly. Returned 1st pair thinking defective but second pair doing the same and now it is past 6 month warranty. Got credit from corporate for first pair so used it o. Clothes instead . They are not cheap.
