Entered the store to encounter an employee who does not like working on Mondays or is just of that nature. Came to return the glasses I bought over the weekend. Upon being asked the reason of return - me being a nice human being told him that the glasses were not even opened and I bought for my kids and stuff. Done right ? But no - this person must be the owner of #oakley - he does not like returns and tells me to have better choices and that should have thought about it before buying. Hey buddy you crossed the line here. I still kept my calm composure and the human inside me alive even it was clearly evident about your behavior. Does not stop there ..the look on his face ..pure racism.. if oakley does not have problem with returns and have a policy who are you to question my choices and my thoughts of buying or not. Ofcourse on my way back I had to tell him about his cocky and rude behavior. Probably now he dint like to get the same medicine so runs out the store to show his fake manly cocky rude approach and yells at me to speak on his face .. why would I do that. I maintained my composure while you kept going .. whereas you lost it .. that's the difference ..I dont think you deserve to work at this store and ruin the name of #oakley Its been months now after submitting the form as per your rules .. was told 5 days.. guess nothing happened and customer lost again of racism
