I recently visited the store to purchase a wallet and was disappointed with the customer service experience. One employee followed me closely throughout my visit and repeatedly adjusted items I had just handled, even when I placed them back neatly. At one point, when I picked up a wallet to continue browsing, she yelled out, “Are you going to buy that?” I found this approach unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I responded, “why else would I have it?” she seemed flustered and said she wanted to get me a new one despite several of the exact same wallets being out already.

In a world that no longer takes the time and consideration to communicate to the customer I would like to leave five stars for the manager sales person, Lisa Quinones at the Mark Jacobs store located at the Jersey shore outlets
She is is the manager at the store and gave service to me and my daughter like I haven’t had in years. After buying the original pocketbooks from her, I went to the store for a reluctantly in my shopping forgot to buy one of the pocketbooks I really wanted For my daughter for Thanksgiving. I took the chance of picking up the phone and calling her to see if there was something she can do to hold it for me since currently I am ill. She did even better. She went out of her way to video every one of the items I was speaking of and send me the video to make sure about the items I wanted. By the time she was done, I even bought more. She went above and beyond to make sure we were treated like 10 stars.
In a world that forgot Customer Sevice was go to the Marc Jacobs store and ask for Lisa or call the store and Lisa will more than accommodate you. I will never buy another Marc Jacobs pocketbook anywhere else, but by this sales person
in this store .
I have been all over the world and this is the best service I’ve had in years

I feel like I have a personal shopper thanks to Kristen. My first time at her store was a wonderful experience. She was so attentive to what I was looking for. They did not have exactly what I wanted at the time, (did not leave the store empty handed). She took my info and would let me know if she could get it, and she did! Kristen has gone out of her way to help me purchase gifts and continues to keep me up to date on what’s new and available. Christmas will be easy this year! Thank you for being amazing and helping me find special gifts I needed along the way.

The workers, especially Kirsten, make this store exceptional. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you need, offering suggestions and help without being intrusive. Kirsten even gives you her contact so that you can call to check on inventory. It’s difficult to find such great sales people these days.
