Called store on 2/2026. I could not get into store due to surgery but needed a bag I could use while only have use of one arm. I called the Tintin Falls location to check for inventory of a bag. Yazmyn in the Tinton Falls store texted me pictures of ALL the bags in the store that matched what I was looking for as well as the bag I requested! She sent me pricing and video on all bags I liked and send video
Of another option I didn’t know existed ! She then sent me link to pay and had bag shipped at no shipping charge ! I received back the next day and it’s PERFECT!! Yazmyn is amazing and went wayyyyy above and beyond!! I will absolutely buy more from this location because of Yazmyn!

My first time purchasing from the Outlet has been a great experience thanks to Kristen! Although it’s a very busy time of the year with the holidays, and my purchase was only for small accessories, she spent a lot of time helping to find the gifts that I needed. Kristen was even communicating with me on her day off! It’s the week of Christmas, and I know that they are incredibly busy. It’s been so kind of her to help me find the items that I needed. She went above and beyond, and I will make sure to make future purchases at this location!

Make sure to stop in the Marc Jacobs store at the Premier Outlets. Not only a great selection of quality items for gifts (or for yourself) but being taken care of by Kristen was the best! I got the bag I wanted and sent it to my home no charge and applied the discount to the sale. She was so friendly & knowledgeable and I walked out with a smile on my face. I’ll only do my shopping there now. It’s worth the drive, shop the great outlet stores, and have lunch!

I recently visited the store to purchase a wallet and was disappointed with the customer service experience. One employee followed me closely throughout my visit and repeatedly adjusted items I had just handled, even when I placed them back neatly. At one point, when I picked up a wallet to continue browsing, she yelled out, “Are you going to buy that?” I found this approach unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I responded, “why else would I have it?” she seemed flustered and said she wanted to get me a new one despite several of the exact same wallets being out already.

In a world that no longer takes the time and consideration to communicate to the customer I would like to leave five stars for the manager sales person, Lisa Quinones at the Mark Jacobs store located at the Jersey shore outlets
She is is the manager at the store and gave service to me and my daughter like I haven’t had in years. After buying the original pocketbooks from her, I went to the store for a reluctantly in my shopping forgot to buy one of the pocketbooks I really wanted For my daughter for Thanksgiving. I took the chance of picking up the phone and calling her to see if there was something she can do to hold it for me since currently I am ill. She did even better. She went out of her way to video every one of the items I was speaking of and send me the video to make sure about the items I wanted. By the time she was done, I even bought more. She went above and beyond to make sure we were treated like 10 stars.
In a world that forgot Customer Sevice was go to the Marc Jacobs store and ask for Lisa or call the store and Lisa will more than accommodate you. I will never buy another Marc Jacobs pocketbook anywhere else, but by this sales person
in this store .
I have been all over the world and this is the best service I’ve had in years
