  I’m very disappointed with my recent return experience at American Eagle. I tried to return an unused item, but because I had removed the tag, the associate refused to accept the return. I understand that this is part of their policy; however, what bothered me most was the inconsistency. The customer right before me returned an item with a ripped tag and was told it was fine “just not to do it again.” Yet when it was my turn, they wouldn’t make the same exception. It felt unfair and inconsistent, especially since my item was in perfect condition and I still had the original tag with me.

  Horrible customer service. I drove over 20 minutes to the store just to be told that the fitting rooms are closed, with no explanation. When I asked to speak to a manager, they told me no. Will definitely not be coming back here.

  I would never shop at this store again! Customer Service at this location is HORRIBLE. As I was shopping with my daughter we were not allowed to go into a fitting room together (some kids need a little help!). As I was lingering outside of the dressing room for her, I started getting stared at and basically stalked by a male employee. My daughter needed a few different sizes, etc and as I would get them for her and bring them back to the dressing room, he was following me like 4 or 5 feet back multiple times. I was super uncomfortable. I felt like I was being monitored for theft or something. Finally as we were waiting to check out, we overhead the manager behind the counter completely berate the staff over a headset. She was being absolutely condescending and as we walked up to pay, she said "I can see YOU WEARING HEADSETS AND IGNORING ME" - I would ignore her too! She was yelling across the whole checkout lanes. It was very uncomfortable and I told my daughter I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. As she checked us out it was grumpy exchanges like "Whats your email??" and I was just so taken aback i told her - I'm not giving it to you. It didn't go well after that. Save your time and stress and visit another location this one is RUDE.
