  Poor management. Don’t know how the company allows this at a store made for women but it’s makes us customers uncomfortable that a man is working there when they sell intimates (imo). The worker James I believe is one of the nastiest employees I’ve ever met there. The girls claimed he was a manager rude lazy and definitely not a customer service centered person. As well as the girl Grace just turned around when I asked for help and doesn’t speak but to her friend yes? It’s a store wake up and greet customers and do your job. Incredibly unprofessional staff.

  Went to this aerie location this week and had a really frustrating experience. Saw that a male employee was talking to the other girls who worked at the store instead of paying us any attention. When I asked for a size he said he would go get it for me but never returned. Once he came back out I saw him go on his phone so many times. Once we got to the fitting rooms he asked another girl to open them when he saw us and gave her keys he had himself and wasn’t busy. Seemed rude and lazy. I don’t want to come back
