  I’ve been shopping here for 3 years since I’ve moved to the area. I have seen many of these so call “managers” do nothing but fold or stand around and talk. I saw this one mexican woman who I asked for help chit chatting with other girls as I consistently asked her to help me and sent me another girl so I had to wait with my nieces to get help picking out a sweater when she clearly continued to turn around and go back to folding to send someone else which took almost a 10 minute wait. She then turned to this other employee around her age and continued giggling instead of helping me and my nieces yet the other young girls seem to be doing more work then these managers that don’t come to their aide or pass them onto the next customer when I specifically wanted her help since she looked like she had nothing else to do but stand and fold until I spoke to her. Almost looked like she was trying to avoid helping me… I am a customer worthy of their time. Not cool.

  Went to this aerie location this week and had a really frustrating experience. Saw that a male employee was talking to the other girls who worked at the store instead of paying us any attention. When I asked for a size he said he would go get it for me but never returned. Once he came back out I saw him go on his phone so many times. Once we got to the fitting rooms he asked another girl to open them when he saw us and gave her keys he had himself and wasn’t busy. Seemed rude and lazy. I don’t want to come back

  Rude workers and very rude manager. No one helps or greets. No one to let people into fitting rooms. Manager walks around with a nasty look on her face and her arms crossed. Just order online if you know your sizes. Unfortunately, from both my experiences shopping at this location I have decided to no longer purchase anything by the brand at all. Horrible location.
