    Im an online shopper, I bought these pants with the intention to keep them. I was very confident they would fit so I went ahead and removed the tags. Unfortunately I was wrong and my usual size was bigger than expected. My mistake for taken those tags off without making sure they fit properly. I initially just wanted to exchange the size I wasn’t looking for a refund. I was helped by a heavy set Latino rude lady who automatically assumed I had wash the pants just because I removed the tags. The pants have been sitting in the back of my trunk. She just assumed that. Whatever I’m not gonna make a fight over 1 pair of pants that could’ve been return. I’ll donate them but I’m certainly never going to that location again. Her demeanor was beyond rude.

    I’m very disappointed with my recent return experience at American Eagle. I tried to return an unused item, but because I had removed the tag, the associate refused to accept the return. I understand that this is part of their policy; however, what bothered me most was the inconsistency. The customer right before me returned an item with a ripped tag and was told it was fine “just not to do it again.” Yet when it was my turn, they wouldn’t make the same exception. It felt unfair and inconsistent, especially since my item was in perfect condition and I still had the original tag with me.

    A nice selection. However this locations need to train their fitting room attendants. There was no one around to open a door for me. Another customer let me into their room when they were done. While I was trying my clothes on the attendant just opened the door without even knocking. I would have purchased multiple items but I was so embarrassed I stormed out of the store.
