  I wanted to like this store, but the experience felt very transactional. The staff seemed stressed and stretched thin, and it didn’t feel like they were getting much support from management. From what I observed, Andrew the store manager appeared more focused on sales than on the actual customer experience or his team. It gave off the impression that numbers matter more than people here, which is not a great feeling as a customer. As I was checking out he was on the walkie talking about how sales can be better.. not sure is that’s a thing but I definitely won’t be back.

  Went into the Ali store it’s smells like lavender so bad highly allergic to it if anyone else is allergic to lavender stay away from store I broke out in hives right away. 😩. I’ll continue to order from online.
