I was told they were shipped over a week ago and now I’m being asked to fill out more paperwork bs. Avoid

After only two days, the clasp failed and I nearly lost it. A few months later, I brought it to this store in the Mall at Short Hills and was told I’d have to pay $80 for repair due to store policy. When I questioned this, both the salesperson and manager confirmed the fee. I called customer service from the store; although the salesperson refused to speak with them, the representative agreed the repair should be free and provided a prepaid UPS label. I was disappointed by the store’s response, but grateful that customer service made it right.

Katerina took the time with my daughter and I to select the perfect earrings for my wife. She was not pushy, but rather was a consummate professional who was very patient and helped us throughout the process. My wife loves the earrings so much so that I will probably be returning at some point for a diamond bracelet. Great job, Katerina, you’re the best!

First, it was we don’t take same day appointments then when I mentioned Le her entire tone and attitude changed and said oh if you reach out to her directly she can help you. The call was just to get my rings cleaned but seems this was a big inconvenience for Jill. I will only work with Le moving forward as she helps me and my husband every single time and does it with a kind heart, patience and grace all of which the Tiffany’s brand is supposed to represent.
