  Great store. Non-pretentious the way Prada began. Ashley was our sales associate. We were treated with grace, kindness, intelligent comprehension and dignity. In an era defined by high-glamour, opulence, and visible luxury (such as Versace or Armani), Prada carved out a unique space by using humble, industrial nylon for its bags and backpacks. This, along with the iconic triangle logo, emphasized utility and subtle, "intellectual" style over overt displays of wealth.

  Bought a bag and a pair of sunglasses. My sales associate was amazing in making sure I got product from the back and not on display. She was great at helping me pick out what bag was the best one for me. Will be back!!!

  Really loved the items I got but sadly will not be back. I stopped in before the holidays to get the velvet re edition and Rosanna asked me if I was a personal shopper or "worked in the mall" or some strange comment like that. Actually that was pretty disrespectful, if she wanted to know why I shopped there so often or what I do for a living to afford what I'm buying there, maybe she could just ask what I do? Also got ghosted by the SA I was texting (Ashley) to have a dress transferred there. So it's mutual, I'll enjoy what I have but I wont be back.

  Very unprofessional and rude. This should be the prada outlet store the way the employees dress themselves.

  Six uh a pleasure working with the Prada crew! All so attentive and kind! That’s the service I wish every sales rep could give but… thnx Prada crew!!
