- HMHannah MJun 8, 20241.0I had a deeply upsetting experience in the changing rooms. An employee directed me to use a particular room, and while I was trying on clothes, I noticed a man peeking over my door. Startled, I yelped, and he immediately started apologizing, claiming his pants were in the room. I was shocked and felt extremely violated. The situation worsened when I overheard an employee saying, "It's not your fault, she overreacted," which infuriated me further. It was completely inappropriate for the man to peek over the door instead of knocking, and the employee's reaction was unacceptable, blaming me for being upset. I left in tears and will never return. I want this incident to be addressed by management.
