We were the only black shoppers in the store and no one greeted us but they greeted all the white shoppers who came in after us. Associates avoided eye contact with me and went around to the white shoppers asking if they needed help. Disappointed but not surprised

- JLJasmin LedDec 30, 20241.0Store is very unorganized. You have to hunt down associates to get assistance/checked out. Came in for an in-store pick up (which defeated the purpose 😤). I then decided to return the item as it didn’t fit and was told I need to contact customer service because the order was ‘placed on hold’ since I had used the live chat feature on the RL app (was trying to extend pickup window). I returned on a later date to return the item after contacting customer service and was able to return the item. A couple weeks go by and still hadn’t received a refund. I contact customer service a 2nd time to follow up. They told me the store never marked the item as ‘picked up’ therefore never charged my credit card. I didn’t get cheated off my refund but was very frustrating to have to keep contacting customer service vs handling issue in stores from the beginning! The shopping experience at this store was so inconvenient and should get reevaluated!
