  Very patient and helpful staff. Regan helped me step by step in making my purchases and Steven was also incredibly patient with my support questions. It's always a pleasure to stop by.

  I stepped by last week the collection is great the long sleeves with the tan jacket was a perfect style and my friend loves her outfit too im coming back in spring next can't wait for modern spring outfits plus dresses too come out soon.

  Jason was incredible! We walked into the store with no vision for an outfit and left feeling so grateful! He is full of recommendations and has a very tactful way of pushing you to try different styles, ones you would not consider. He is calm, with a sweet demeanor and excellent taste. We will continue to seek his guidance when visiting the store!

  Stopped in here, there's a back corner where they have the registers hidden away and there was one area with a guy doing just online returns. it was efficient, but not really labeled... guess they were trying to focus on just the shopping experience?

  I was very much looking forward to my Ralph Lauren purchases, but my experience in the Short Hills location turned me off the brand entirely. I went in store to pick up several items I had ordered online, and when I let an associate know I was there for a pick up, he acknowledged what I said with an "okay" and then simply stared at me. I figured he needed a name for the order so I gave it to him. Still, he just stared and made no effort to help me. There was a long awkward moment when we just stared at each other before another associate who witnessed the interaction jumped in to help. Luckily, she was very kind and quickly got my order for me. I'm thankful to her, but the rudeness of the first associate was jarring enough that I refuse to spend another cent on this company.
