- PPPatrickNov 5, 20255.0I went in to get a sweater for myself to make my mother happy for this upcoming thanksgiving. I ended up getting two really nice sweaters and a nice button down and my mother bought a two dressed and this nice sweater. I want to shout out Julia for this one. She and my mother had a blast picking stuff out. She and my mother basically became best friends and Julia was so sweet and kind and knew the answer to everything. Shout out to her honestly.

She said she would get back to me if they were able to do anything about it. I didn’t hear back so I decided to call the store again. I started explaining to the girl what I was calling about and she said “we’ve all been briefed about this” I was in shock that they took time not only to help me out with a gift card I had misplaced but also took their time to let everyone in the store know about it in case I called when the person who was helping me originally wasn’t around....p.s they were able to cancel the old card and reissue a new one. Keep it up short hills crew ❤️Thank you

She searched for a cardigan I wanted to purchase for my daughter. We were not sure what size to buy, and she was about the size of my daughter. She tried on the sweater we were trying to find but in another color, so I could judge what size to order. She was so sweet and professional. And the rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. Please go in and ask for Christina! She was the best customer service I have had in LONG time.
