  Apparently they close at 6pm on Wednesday? Showed up at 6:30 to find the store completely dark and all doors locked up meanwhile when you call for their hours or look online, says they’re open til 8.

  This store is the worst. We have not got an update in 2 weeks regarding the status of a pant given for hemming. Impossible to connect with the store by phone or email. The number given by their store locator goes to black hole. When you leave a message, nobody calls back. Even tried sending an email, but no response. They need to get their act together!!

  My last visit left a particularly bad taste in my mouth. I walked in to get two pairs of pants hemmed when the store was completely empty. Per online instructions, someone should have been able to help me at the fitting room area. I told Associate 1 I wanted to hem my pants. Her attitude seemed like I, the customer, was bothering her and she told me to get changed in a fitting room. Then she tried to have Associate 2 help me instead, who proceeded to say she would. When I changed and came out, Associate 1 and 2 were gone. I had to call Associate 1 over, who again acted like I was bothering her. She did not know how to measure or pin anything, and asked me instead how much I wanted cut and stared blankly at me. I had to help her myself as she very loosely and unprofessionally pinned a safety pin to the leg. When I came out, she said nothing after I told her the pins were inaccurate. Associate 2 came over and tried repinning them without having me try them on. I know lululemon, as a high-end brand, has the means to hire more professional individuals and properly train employees on services that the store offers (like hemming). As someone who has visited lululemon stores in Asia before, the service there is totally unmatched and wonderful. I don’t expect the same enthusiasm at all in the US stores as the service culture is different, but I do expect to be treated like a human being. For the prices I paid for those pants, I should be receiving quality hemming services, and QUALITY starts with store associates’ professionalism, respectfulness, and skill on the job.

  Today was the first time I visited lululemon store at short hillls. Saniya Was great she was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to buy more stuff. Thank you.

  Large store with good variety of clothes for both men and women. The sizes available are mostly XS/S to L/XL. The quality of their products is excellent and are very long lasting. They will last you a few years of constant use with any wear and tear, no fading etc. They had adequate number of changing rooms for trials. The doors of the changing room have a thick steel handle which is protruding out, be careful not to hit it and get hurt.
