- OMOlivia MJan 3, 20261.0I was so excited to purchase my first piece from David Yurman, and unfortunately, the whole experience in this store was such a disappointment. From the moment I walked in, the sales associate seemed bothered by me asking to see pieces. I walked in knowing what I wanted to see and, he nearly rolled his eyes when I asked him any questions. He pulled out his phone while assisting me, and it made me very uncomfortable because I felt like a bother to him. I was expecting a completely different experience, and I will never return to this store. I would rather give my business to somewhere that I feel appreciated as a customer and where the staff feels supportive and helpful.

I felt rushed the entire time and when I asked to try something on, he rolled his eyes. If looking to buy a luxury item, I do not recommend going here.

We immediately left and went to the boutique in Neiman where the SA was extremely kind and thoughtful. The security guard in front of the door also saw us out with the folded hands Asian gesture which felt targeted and intentional.
