We immediately left and went to the boutique in Neiman where the SA was extremely kind and thoughtful. The security guard in front of the door also saw us out with the folded hands Asian gesture which felt targeted and intentional.

Customer service suckssssss here. My experience almost turned me off from the brand completely. I will never return! Go a few steps over to Neiman’s where the SAs are super kind.

The stone fall off from our bracelet and they are telling us that is normal… If they would be proud of the products they are selling they shouldn’t act that way… Expensive product with very low quality standard. We ask for a refund or an exchange and the answer was no. Only a 1 time repair and if it fell again they’re not responsible… Very disappointing! Also, on an other piece, I went in store because another stone fell from another bracelet I have from theirs… they offered to wash my other bracelet and the S.A. burned the silver… she was blaming me for it… and told me I would have to have it fixed to my own expense… I started arguing with her saying it’s her fault, why would I have to pay for it… she said I cleaned it, I’m not responsible for the rest… I’ve requested a manager… and he came over and she denied everything she told me… she’s a real liar… and the manager apologize and they sent it for repair and sent me a new one… that situation is awful when you are spending over 1000$ on a bracelet and the SA is a liar… the SA was Robin Aldred… don’t trust her!
