She’s knowledgeable, patient, and has the kind of warm energy that makes you feel instantly taken care of. Chanel is lucky to have her, and anyone who gets assisted by her is in the best hands. - GLG LAug 19, 20251.0I’ve never dealt with such horrific customer service in my life. The store is littered with employees standing around. I went in hoping I could reserve a pair of boots that have not been released yet. I avoid Chanel because I know how this particular store operates so I typically buy my Chanel through Neimans. I went in and spoke to an employee (I don’t have her name because she didn’t introduce herself). I gave her the style number, she looked it up - proceeded to look at my account and told me she needed to check and see if she could reserve a pair. She walked into the back and left us waiting for 5-10 minutes and returned back to let me know she can’t reserve them - not only that - but she informed me they cannot reserve ANY items for anyone (that’s a blatant lie). If she knew that from the beginning, why bother walking into the back and leave me waiting. Classless, trash behavior. Avoid this location and its loser employees.
