A associate then proceeded only to help me because I was staring at her waiting. I told her I called a day ago and asked if they had the Chanel logo eyeglasses and they told me they did. When I asked her about them she exclaimed that’s all they had and didn’t even bother to open the drawers and at least checked. She then proceeds to follow me around like she’s my daughter. Horrible customer service.

I visited this location specifically to view the capsule collection and unfortunately had a poor experience. I regularly shop at various Chanel boutiques, and the customer service here did not meet the standard I’m used to. While trying on items, the fashion advisor continuously held onto the pieces, making it difficult to properly view or try anything on. When I asked to see bags, she only presented a wallet on chain, despite me showing a photo of the exact bag I was looking for. She insisted it was unavailable, yet another advisor nearby mentioned there was one in the back. The advisor helping me denied it and seemed reluctant to even check. The overall interaction felt uncomfortable, as though I was being judged upon entering. It wasn’t until she looked me up and down and noticed I was wearing Chanel pieces that she finally asked for my name, only after I had already said I wasn’t interested in any other items. A very odd and disappointing experience.

She helped me with a bag repair, and the level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness she showed was truly exceptional. She mentioned she’s not a sales associate, but honestly, if she were, I’d probably give her all my money. That’s how incredible she is. Gina went above and beyond to make the entire experience seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and has the kind of warm energy that makes you feel instantly taken care of. Chanel is lucky to have her, and anyone who gets assisted by her is in the best hands. Five stars aren’t enough. Gina deserves a whole constellation.
