  Awful customer service. Highly recommend you do not go here. I don’t know what happened, but they used to be much nicer and have way better customer care.

  Very disappointing experience during Christmas shopping. I came in to buy a small pavé Love ring in yellow gold, but my size wasn’t available, so I tried a white gold ring for sizing. While I was putting it on, the sales associate, Mona, abruptly took it from my hand and tried it on herself, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The interaction felt rushed and unfriendly. When I explained I wanted yellow gold and that the size was too small, she smirked and said, “You already tried it on”( the YG size was way smaller and she let me tried it on for less than 5 seconds). I decided not to proceed with the purchase. This was not the level of service I expected.

  I know my five star review is not going to make any impact on a brand like this. I am here to talk about this particular outlet as our customer service experience was top notch. Ricardo Anez is the guy who you should look for once you are there. He was patient, non judgemental, friendly, warm and charismatic. He definitely deserves a better position in there.

  This is a five star review for Dan Oelke at Cartier in Short Hills! DAN IS AMAZING. My husband and I purchased rings at the 5th avenue flagship location in Manhattan and we weren’t too impressed. It wasn’t until we met Dan at Short Hills that we truly felt that we got high quality treatment…skip Manhattan and go to New Jersey (yes) if you want a chic experience. Dan is the person you would imagine casting as the fabulous salesman in a glamorous movie about Cartier… he is present, intelligent and a true professional. He is not just “doing a job”… Dan texted with me regularly to help solve a very complicated ring issue. He is the kind of person who will make you feel like you are the priority. I would trust and buy anything from him because he is that good. Cartier corporate : THIS is the man you want working for you. This interaction occured over a year ago and I haven’t been able to stop thinking abou how happy I am with our purchases and experience with Dan (thus this review). Thank you Dan, you are a class act!

  Worst stuff and worst manager I’ve ever seen in my life. Never go to this location if you want buy Cartier. Have no idea about nothing and super unprofessional!
