  I’ve been coming here for almost five years, and Suzy is truly the best sales associate I’ve worked with. She always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed, and she thoughtfully helps me choose pieces that suit me perfectly. I came in with my two-year-old son, and even though I was worried it might be inconvenient, she was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stand out, and I always look forward to seeing Suzy when I visit.

  I’m very disappointed with this experience. I tried multiple times to contact a sales agent regarding a size inquiry, but received no response. Someone named Latika texted me saying she would check, yet after several followups, I still haven’t heard back. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service from a brand of this reputation. I usually purchase my jewelry from Tiffany and always have a great experience. I think I’ll stick with a brand that truly values its customers.

  I had an exceptional experience with Daniella at Cartier. From the very first time we walked in, she was kind, patient, and never pushy or judgmental. She simply asked what I liked, showed me the watch, and gave me her card…no pressure at all, just genuine care. When I decided to place the order, Daniella went above and beyond to make sure my watch arrived on time from engraving so I could pick it up on my son’s birthday. That detail meant everything to me. Her communication was outstanding, always responsive, thoughtful, and reassuring throughout the process. Thanks to Daniella, I was able to achieve my dream watch, engraved and picked up on such a meaningful day for my family. This wasn’t just a purchase; it was a memory I’ll always cherish. Truly grateful for her professionalism and kindness.

  The sales associate was just fine, but the service felt transactional rather than considered. There was no sense of welcome or attentiveness that one typically expects in a luxury environment. In comparable Cartier boutiques and other luxury houses, the experience is usually warm, paced, and thoughtful. Here, it felt no different than a standard retail interaction. While my purchase was being processed, no beverage was offered. When I asked for champagne, I was told the mall does not allow it, which was surprising given that other luxury stores in the same mall, including YSL directly across the way, do offer champagne and refreshments without hesitation. This purchase was meant to mark a meaningful moment, and the lack of care and attention made it disappointing. Luxury is not only about the product, but also about how the client is treated throughout the experience. Other stores in this mall understand that well. This location does not. If you are looking for the level of service Cartier is known for, I would recommend visiting another boutique.
