  This is a review for just this location not the company overall. I come to Short Hills Mall quite regularly to charge my car and do my shopping or have a nice lunch. It’s usually a higher end experience compared to other local malls. When I went to Canada Goose to inquire about the warranty I was treated rudely, told they would not cover anything under warranty, and essentially dismissed. Overall just not the experience I received buying the item in Manhattan. I went out to my car and spoke with the company directly. Was provided a free shipping label. They repaired my coat fully under warranty with no cost to me. The employee in store was rude and incorrect. I feel he was trying to just get me to buy a new coat then and there. Overall I just would never purchase from this location. There are other stores in the tristate or you can buy these coats at department stores.

  This is my go to location for Canada Goose. The showroom may be smaller than other locations, but the service is much better. The store is very clean, and the staff are patient and genuinely attentive. They always bring out exactly what my wife and I are looking for along with additional similar options. I’ve shopped at other nearby locations and it simply doesn’t compare.

  Garbage customer service. They blatantly lied and accused us saying they saw us wearing the jacket (with tags) which we wanted to return as it was heavy. I called on their lie and asked to check video camera and she (African American lady) refused it. I can’t believe Canada Goose hired a bunch of liars.

  5 Stars- I am not sure why this location has such a low score on Yelp. Maybe it’s because they sometimes have lines on the weekends. I called on a Friday evening before coming in and spoke with Geo who was very helpful and helped me narrow down the cost I was looking for. I drove out to New Jersey on a Sunday and there was a line. The wait was only about 15 minutes. Everything was well organized. One of the reason for the line is that you are assigned a salesperson who is your advisor on your visit to the store. Our advisor was Amy who was AWESOME! Amy was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and made great suggestions. One coat was in stock and the other had to be ordered on line. I looked at Canada Goose a few years ago and with Amy’s expertise I was able to make two great decisions that should last for many years. They come with a limited lifetime warranty as well. The store is well laid out, big and beautiful. It is well stocked and you can check the coats out by trying them on, you can test them out in the Canada Goose cold room. There is a reason you pay more for these coats. The quality, design, warranty and workmanship is amazing! The manager Peygan was also great! She was proactive to help, multitasked by managing customers on the waiting line, answer questions and help the sales advisors with any questions. Pegan also made herself available by text and phone. I would highly recommend Canada Goode in Short Hills Mall New Jersey on the upper level.
