  You would think after spending 1400$ on a coat you would at least get good customer service but think again when u come to this location I bought a coat here and when I got home I felt like it was a little bit to tight on me so I drove an hour all the way back up here just for them to tell me that I couldn’t return it because it was “used” I only put it on to see how it fits and you would think that it’s a “lifetime” jacket even if I were to have to have used it what difference would it make the person who sold me it took it right off the racks they have on display to try on so god knows how many people “used” my jacket even before I did all they told me to do is just go to another location instead so they wouldn’t let me return it here but any other location is good??? Really makes no sense to me if you buy a jacket here make sure you are certain to buy the right size and color that you need or else you might run into the same problem and have to go all the way to another location terrible experience and most definitely won’t be come here again

  Waited on line outside the store for 30 minutes and there were 6 ppl ahead of me. They allow like 4 ppl inside the store at a time. Waste of time to come here. Workers are not friendly ppl come out of the store and they wait 15 min to let another person inside. Save your time goto another mall.

  Starting with the Manager Josh who solves problems by blaming the customers for their incompetence, the store is a complete debacle. When you have more employees than customers due to a made up line that is trying to create a false sense of exclusivity and scarcity to the lack of inventory. I’ve had a better experience at Wal-Mart. The manager should be fired and Canada Goose should bring in someone who understands that we aren’t buying Hanes underwear, but spending 1000s of dollars. What a waste of space.

  Bought a jacket for my husband online and went to the store to exchange. Waited half an hour outside the store. The associate in front of the door asked if we were doing a return or exchange. We came for an exchange but when we finally got in the store we were told we had to process the exchange through online. When I questioned why we could not just exchange for another size the associate called for a manager and walked away. The manager came and told us that the print online is very small and that others have had the same issue with the policy, I asked if it is possible to just process an exchange without the receipt and he said he could but he wouldn’t do that because he knows we have a receipt. My husband asked if he could come back and process his gift without the receipt and the manger said “I’d deny you” and proceeded to walk away with out any other option or resolution. I read online it is possible to initiate a return in-store and neither the associate or manager provided this option. If we could have we would have proceeded with the return and just rebought the jacket. Very disappointing experience for a luxury brand. Will not shop in this location and will hesitate to buy this brand again. A response from a superior would be appreciated to resolve, thank you.

  very bad service, after purchasing a $1600 coat, i found out that they don't have gift boxes available, the answer was, we was very busy. Its Christmas, you suppose to be busy, also when asked what sizes you have available, the answer was all sizes, but when the time came to check most of the sizes wasn't available. Corporate will heat from me about this s store!
