  If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a truly awful experience at this store. I came in looking for a pair of trousers (a $150 item) and asked for assistance, but the two associates I approached seemed completely uninterested in helping. They were chatting among themselves and didn’t acknowledge me until I interrupted them. They asked someone in the back to bring the pants but never explained that they weren’t on display or gave me any update. I was just left standing there waiting. Moments later, I saw the same associate helping another customer and continuing to ignore me. The pants never arrived. When I asked another employee for help, he wouldn’t even make eye contact, brought the wrong size, and told me they didn’t have mine — even though the website clearly showed it in stock. It honestly felt like they didn’t want me to buy the item at all. I left the store feeling humiliated and deeply uncomfortable. I have never felt so dismissed and discriminated against while shopping anywhere.

  Due to a missing item that was never delivered although packing slip listed it, decided it’s best to go directly to the store. Failed attempts to reach customer service on hold for 3 hours plus forced me to travel to the store. Even emails didn’t work! So, to my surprise an employee of Alo was on top of the situation immediately. She was able to contact customer service asap and the problem was rectified within minutes!! Her name is Ms Jennifer Gorazica. Thank you Jennifer a million times over! For the for seeable future I will only shop in person and not online lol.

  I had to call the store at least 4-5 times for someone to pick up. I then went to the store and tried on something that didn’t fit. I asked the girl at the register to check other stores which she did on the computer. She told me another location had the size I needed. I asked if she could call the store and have them hold the item. She proceeded to tell me that I could call them myself. The store had only ONE other customer. You clearly don’t want to do much for your customers and that’s terrible.

  Staff were talking bad about management as well at the overall job loud enough for any customer to hear. They were just standing there leaned up against the counter, not doing anything to help the busy store. There was one gentleman who was very helpful but that was all. The female working in the dressing rooms was beyond rude, I asked her to grab me a new size and she paused, and then with full attitude said ya I guess what do you want? And then brought me back two completely wrong sizes. I will no longer shop at this store.
