  Over €1,000 Not Refunded – Extremely Disappointed (Order #31310034) I am extremely disappointed with Alo Yoga. According to DHL Express tracking, my returns were successfully delivered to the seller on December 15, 2025. The tracking numbers are: 2534203906 (DHL Express) 2145393935 (DHL Express) Despite confirmed delivery, I have not received a full refund to this day – the total amount in question is over €1,000. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was provided with two return labels and properly shipped both packages back. However, only one item from the two packages was processed and refunded. The remaining items were apparently misallocated internally, which has resulted in complete confusion. I currently have neither the merchandise nor my money. For weeks, I have been in contact with customer service, but I have not received a clear or satisfactory resolution. Instead of support, this situation has caused nothing but stress and unnecessary effort on my part as a customer. Initially, I was truly impressed with the brand – the quality and image were convincing. However, the way this return has been handled is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the high order value. At this point, I can only advise customers in Germany to be cautious when ordering, as in case of a return, you may end up waiting weeks for your refund. Order number: #31310034 I sincerely hope this issue will be resolved promptly....

  If I could give zero stars I would I was in a hurry on my lunch break I placed an online order when I arrived at the store my order was not ready. Staff had me waiting on the sales floor for 15 minutes like they were in the back picking my order all the other staff just walked past didn’t greet me or ask if I needed any assistance. This store needs a whole new management it’s ridiculous spending all this money for these purchases and being treated differently by staff. Just for the way they made me feel I returned my purchase back to alo I don’t want it spend my money where I’m not welcomed.

  They need to hire a more diverse Staff ! It’s a bunch of Karen’s that work there and make you feel Unwanted & like your are stealing. They watch you so hard that they forget to ask you “DO YOU NEED HELP” I placed a online order , I received my email telling me my order is ready for pick up , when I got to the store , they had me waiting 15 mins while they go and Pick my order 🙄(purpose for a online order is to be service fast)

  Nice store, but the staff is blatantly rude and they hover over you while you shop! you cant get anything bc its out of stock and they said they couldn't check in the back

  When I returned 2 sweatshirts that my son purchased as quick UBER delivered gifts for his Gma and me, they were unfortunately two big for either of us...while I liked the merchandise that the stores carries (and my son owns several ALO items), I planned on returning the items upon my return from Orlando to NJ..I was almost afraid to return the items given the horrendous experiences that I read about how customers were treated when they tried to return items..however, my experience was nothing short of a pleasant experience. Vinny greeted me at the store entrance with a smile and directions to where I could return the items..upon reaching the counter, Min was the sweetest and expeditiously returned my items within seconds...now, to be clear about my return, I returned within the return time allotted per policy, the money was returned to the original form of purchase, tags on, not worn, not washed..etc. Thank you ALO, Short Hills, NJ.(Vinny and Min) for this positive experience. HNY and see u soon, this time for a purchase!
