Fantastic selection and excellent customer service. Stopped in this past Sunday and was immediately greeted by Sales Associate Tiffany Velez. Tiffany was engaging, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. She made my first buying experience at DY a pleasant one.

As I have seen other comments and based on my personal experience there as a customer who made a few purchases, I don’t think they provide good customer service. They are lazy and lack of manner. The manager should be fired. Instead, hire a new manager to train your employees. Your brand is there for a long time, don’t let one store ruin your reputations.
However, I think they don’t really care. So let it be. Bad luck to you.
I was so excited to purchase my first piece from David Yurman, and unfortunately, the whole experience in this store was such a disappointment. From the moment I walked in, the sales associate seemed bothered by me asking to see pieces. I walked in knowing what I wanted to see and, he nearly rolled his eyes when I asked him any questions. He pulled out his phone while assisting me, and it made me very uncomfortable because I felt like a bother to him. I was expecting a completely different experience, and I will never return to this store. I would rather give my business to somewhere that I feel appreciated as a customer and where the staff feels supportive and helpful.

Very unpleasant experience and staff, specifically the associate Rukman W. He was condescending, impatient, and unfriendly. I felt rushed the entire time and when I asked to try something on, he rolled his eyes. If looking to buy a luxury item, I do not recommend going here.
