  This place is beautiful! I got a perfume there and the service i received was exceptional!! He's gone above and beyond, was super polite and made me feel like VIP!

  I was stared down with disgust by a tall gentleman with no greeting as I entered (wearing chanel mind you) and a gaggle of associates gossiped and laughed in a corner while helping NO ONE in the store. No greeting from associates. After trying to get assistance for a pair of shoes for over 15 minutes while they smirked at and ignored me, I ended up leaving and I got the pair I wanted from NM down the way. Absolutely unacceptable, this store should be ashamed to call itself chanel and needs serious retraining. So humiliating. I know theres tons of other reviews like mine so I hope either they amend themselves or close this location. EDIT: Cici is probably the most hostile SA at this location, avoid if possible

  Was ok. I got my first ever Chanel purse today! I would suggest to request the sales order the style you like. So you purchase things not tried by other people before, if that matters to you.

  The worst experience at this store. The store manager is just as bad. Said she would get back to me on a bag after having a bad experience with CiCi and I never heard from her.
