- MKMarc KileSep 12, 20235.0I've used the Edible Arrangements in Washington Township quite a few times for last-minute gifts since I procrastinate with everything I do. The customer service experience is top-notch, and if I don't know what I'm looking for, they always suggest the perfect option. The fruit, even in the off-season, is always the freshest and never over-ripened. Their chocolate is one of the best I've ever tasted. I recommend this Edible Arrangements 100%.
- JFJack FiskMar 1, 20211.0This place made a mistake. That in itself is ok. Things happen but what the owner / manager called me he really didnt care. He stated "he didnt see the note" that it needed to be there by 4pm. Then to tell me I should have called and not used the web site bc he would have told me he couldn't do it. When I did call the mail box was full. It was 8am when I placed the order and spent $10 to get it delivered by 4pm. Now it stunk but it wouldnt have been bad if he cared. No care for their customers as in his words "we are so busy and have so many customers.... " then tells me I will call you back with a resolution to you issue, and here we are 5 days later and no call. So that means no care. Well you need to care about customers bc there are too many places out there that do the same thing. Stay away. Use sherries berry's or anyone else over this place in Washington twp. What a waste. Besides the fact that it was my wifes bday. Just trying to do something nice for her to enjoy with her co-workers. atleast 1 of them were able to get it at 5:05 and gave it to her kids. My wife was already gone for a 4 day weekend.
