- DDDana DAug 1, 20252.0Ordered an arrangement and happy birthday balloon bundle for my mother (almost $200) and they sent a bunch of "birthday boy" balloons. Called the store, was told "nothing we can do about it now", and basically hung up on. Never had a problem with this location before, but definitely will not be returning!

It was a huge disappointment! I called the Scotch Plains store to express my disappointment and asked that my daughter be refunded at least 1/2 but the Manager Nancy said via an employee as avoided getting on the phone herself that all they could do is give me more fruit. Why would I want more fruit from them when I already have a large platter of nasty fruit?!? Would not recommend this store because not only was the fruit tasteless and nasty, but their customer service sucks. Save your money you would be better off going to the grocery store and picking your own fruit.

Abi was really helpful on the phone answering questions I had about my delivery, and my wife was obsessed with arrangement. Definitely will order with them again!
- JTJoachim ThunbergFeb 22, 20241.0If I could give zero reviews I would. By far the most unpleasant experience ever! Placed an order at 9am, paid extra to have it delivered with in an hour. I called at 11am to check on the order and was told it was on its way. It never made it to my wife for our anniversary. I called and spoke to a very rude lady told her what happened. I asked to get my money refunded and was told that I could get a store credit or have it delivered the day after. Neither of those was satisfactory to me and I was then told that the manager was calling the owner to ask what to do. The manager was supposed to call me back it never happened! As of now I have not been refunded the money! Such poor customer service and I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this location.
