Empty shelves everywhere you look. Small suitcases for $580??? A million candles from Fall/Halloween still on shelves after Christmas? Everywhere you look you're just left with the impression that whoever is in charge here has NO idea what they're doing.

Marion helped me find exactly what I needed and Kris was such a complete delight when checking out . I can’t thank them enough for helping me find an outfit Iv been to every store searching for and how nice and fun it was to just be around them. JCpenny is the spot and I’ll be back for my next work event outfit search! Cost 216 after the same 113! So thankful I came here

I always felt they are going out of business that way it looks that way, but it's been years. I would definitely change whoever manages this location.
