It’s so easy to strike up a conversation with her, she’s a great conversationist, and never fails to make me feel seen each time I’m there. Joscelyns personality is the same whether doing my curbside pick up order or picking up an order in store and that’s a plus. She’s always the same person every single time. Kindness and compassion go a long way, Joscelyn embodies those characteristics and so so many other wonderful traits and characteristics.

Terrible customer service. Won’t bother with this place again. Edit: I called again the next day to see what went wrong. They reassured me that they would make it up by delivering in a time window of my choice. The manager of the Rochelle location called me and told me that the product would be delivered on time guaranteed. They then proceeded to miss the delivery again. Really unreliable from the top down. Even when they try to make it up they let you down again. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this location.
