  I come here very often and today there was a very long wait while I wait. Waited in curbside pick up. I was out there for 20 minutes (literally) and I was beyond frustrated … The curbside attendant, and I believe it was the manager I’m not sure, but they definitely rectified the situation and cared that I was upset. THATS what makes this a great place. Thank you guys for making the situation right ❤️

  Charles was awesome!! So upbeat and happy! He made my experience at Ascend that much better! I really hope that I get him again to help me with my products. This is an amazing place!

  She informed me that she was a new employee. I wouldn't have guessed that as she was very attentive, and knowledgeable. She was very kind and greeted me with a smile. She expressed her apologies as there was an issue with one of the items that would not ring up on the register due to a bar code discrepancy. Not her fault AT ALL.. Again, she was great!
