- HOHoodchef OntheriseMay 6, 20255.0Okay let’s begin I had a great experience each time that I went into the store.. my reason for going to the store was to exchange my Meta glasses for a different size, originally I went to the Quakerbridge mall location inside of Macys the the young woman there was extremely helpful as well. they didn’t have the size that I wanted so she called over to the Princeton store and made sure they had the glasses I needed and they also held them for me.. so soon after I headed over and that’s where I met the young lady I cannot remember her name but I think she may be the manager short glasses very helpful we made the exchange she explained the warranty and everything with the glasses as well.. but that was just the beginning! I took the glasses home and 2 days later the case wouldn’t charge so I returned to the store this time the same young lady was there along with her colleagues young man and another young lady All were very courteous and great conversation.. so I told her my problems she made a couple phones calls to help with the troubleshooting and to try and help reset them still nothing no motion no progress ! She called another person that she said is very familiar with meta.. nothing happened with the glasses and case. They advised me to contact customer service and see what they said.. as it was also closing time I went home next day called customer service they said due to me purchasing in store that I had to return it to the store. So here I am back in my vehicle going back to the store where I was met by the same young lady again I feel like I’m interviewing 3 times in one week lol.. I updated her on the situation thereafter she called her Supervisor I believe she told him what the customer service rep said also provided the name that I wrote down then they exchanged my meta glasses very helpful we were both confused about why customer passed the issue back but they resolved the issue with no problem no argument just courteous customer service! It was very much appreciated I stayed in the store connected the glasses there and made sure everything was working properly and also paid for the warranty.. I highly recommend this store and the Quakerbridge location as well very professional hospitable and worked through the issues.. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this location.. even saw some new shades I want to go back and get they will help you!! Tell them I sent you..
