Sales person reluctantly agreed to do purchase history search stating “no” information is available. Was not interested in eliciting more information. Walked away dissatisfied and likely not to return . Not first negative experience at this location . Contrary to NYC flagship store where sales personnel go above and beyond to support needs.

She is AMAZING! She is attentive and helpful always, has a great eye for curating looks, and can eyeball what size you may be for each garment even with Ralph Lauren's unpredictable sizing.

I have been to several RLs including the one on Rodeo drive and never ever in my life have I been given a stare down so harsh, with 0 greeting what so ever. The man is the only person who works in this store, while the two women chit chat at the register and give the shoppers dirty looks. They need to fix their attitudes.
