    This week was my second time in the store and my second time being helped by Elena. I see lots of reviews here for other sales associates and not enough for her. She is AMAZING! She is attentive and helpful always, has a great eye for curating looks, and can eyeball what size you may be for each garment even with Ralph Lauren's unpredictable sizing.

    The women in this store are insanely rude. I have been to several RLs including the one on Rodeo drive and never ever in my life have I been given a stare down so harsh, with 0 greeting what so ever. The man is the only person who works in this store, while the two women chit chat at the register and give the shoppers dirty looks. They need to fix their attitudes.
