There are a few different "fits" so trying on was crucial. Corey helped me with sizing, and was all around helpful. Ralph has a great online presence, so I think it is a nice balance between being able to see stuff in store, and also purchase online if you want a few extra things without going in.

When I called to check on the status and provided all the necessary order details, they insisted that no such order existed and repeatedly told me nothing had arrived.
