  If I could put zero I would. I got fleeced into driving 30 mins in the snow for these scam artists to try and low ball they claimed they woild pay $80/gram on the phone before i made the journey and offered less than $50 even less than the pawn shops offer. This place is a joke only want stolen items from junkies. Wasted an hour worth of driving thru snow for a lie, then say they don't go by grams totally scummy not worth ur time horrible customer service shady man working in the back nasty women in the front go anywhere else don't waste ur time

  Absolutely fantastic customer service, shout out to Ben the Engraver, great communication, the best thing I like about this place is they treat everyone the same whether you’re spending $50 or $50,000 asset to the community

  Very positive and transparent watch buying experience. Any questions I had were answered. Any requests I had to inspect/look a little closer at the watch hardware were handled professionally. The watch is flawless.

  BEWARE!! Do not bring your Breitling watch for repair. They charged nearly 1,000 and after the initial 4-5 week repair, the watch stopped working 3 days later. I sent it back. They again took weeks to “fix it”. A couple weeks later, it happened again. I never write reviews and always support small business, but I will not be buying anything from Gold fever ever again. The staff COULDN’T CARE LESS. There is ZERO communication. When you do call.. they say “ did we call you? No? Then it’s not done” (even weeks after they said it would be done). After the third time and over a combined 10-12 of them having my watch, I am done. They give you a warranty, but for what?? just to take your watch for weeks again. They should prioritize when an item is fixed for the second and third time. After 4 weeks into the third redo… I asked to speak to the owner… ZERO response! 🤷‍♂️ It turns out that they have to drive the watch to NYC to some probably bootleg repair guy. The owner sometimes makes the trip weekly and if he doesn’t, the watch just sits. I wish I had read the other reviews before going there. I was under the assumption they did the repairs in house. Total disregard for the customer especially with communication. The only reason they get one star is they did an excellent job polishing the watch. That’s it though. It’s sad a local small business conducts itself this way.

  Stuart little over there is a cheap little thief. No focus on customer satisfaction. Lowballed and wasn’t willing to negotiate or even give a fair price for a first time customer so it’ll definitely be my last👌This place is trash go save yourselves a headache and go somewhere else👍
