From the moment I stepped foot into the showroom, I was greeted by the owner who I had a pleasant conversation with. Although they don't do engraving on sight, they were able to recommend me to another business that did. They called the other business on my behalf to confirm that they performed engraving services, before I made the trip there. The amount of effort that the owners put in to helping me find a solution was absolutely amazing. The customer service experience was top notch, where i felt welcomed in right away. I'd happily return for any jewelry needs in the future. Thanks again for your time and the referral!
