  I just met Rich and Robyn recently and bottom line, these are just very good people who do an incredible job, love what they do, and it shows! My wife had lost 4 stones between her wedding ring and band, and needed them to be fixed, replaced and resized. It took a week only, and she is incredibly happy with not only the work done, but in this new relationship we now have! Thank you Rich and Robyn! To everyone, I highly recommend West Orange Jewelers and these very good people.

I can always count on their craftsmanship, honesty, and attention to detail. On top of that, Rich is simply a great human being, which makes the experience even better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Great jeweler! The owner is extremely friendly and personable, and , I believe, trustworthy. I have had one repair on a bracelet and purchased a watch battery. His prices are reasonable. The shop inventory is very nice and he also does custom work. I had been a customer of Schrofts jewelers in Montvville for several years before their retirement. I am very happy to have found West Orange Jewelers.
