- ASAshley SilvaOct 18, 20251.0So saddened by today’s experience. My son is a freshman in high school now, but I’ve been purchasing his school uniforms from this store since he was in first grade. I went in today (Saturday, October 18, 2025) simply to make an exchange for a few brand-new uniforms with original tags that he no longer needs, since he has switched schools. I wasn’t asking for a refund just store credit so I could purchase sweatshirts for his new school, which also requires uniforms. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from Kim (short blonde hair, light eyes, Caucasian woman) was extremely rude and unhelpful. She repeatedly cited the store policy without showing any willingness to work with me or offer any alternative solutions. It was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in this store, and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Even after I explained that I still needed to make a purchase, she didn’t even try to help me order the sweatshirts online or check another location for his size. She simply said, “We don’t have his size,” and walked away. The entire interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. It’s truly disappointing because I’ve always preferred supporting physical stores rather than ordering online, but experiences like this make it clear why so many people no longer bother. Sadly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I’ll just donate the unused uniforms to the old school rather than deal with this store again. So with all of that being said Kim from the Parsippany location is an awful asset to the store.
