When I first walked into the store, I asked another employee (who he appeared to be a manager) for help locating a pair of Vans I had seen online and ready for pick up in-store . Unfortunately, he was dismissive, told me they didn’t carry Vans, and walked away without offering any assistance. Thankfully, Marcela stepped in. Even though her shift had already ended and she was on her way out, she took the time to help me without hesitation. She listened carefully, checked thoroughly around the store, and even went into the back where she ultimately found the exact pair I was looking for. Marcela was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Her willingness to go above and beyond, especially off the clock, truly stood out and turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. DSW is lucky to have someone like Marcela on their team !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
