- JLJonathan LondonoSep 12, 20201.0Truly disappointed and unsatisfactory service. I made a business order to surprise my wife at work. First the delivery never made it to the site on time which, was only 14 mins away. The business closed and never arrived. It was sitting at the store for who knows what. Second issue was that they made the wrong platter instead of the correct one. Suppose to be a heart but it was something else. Wife had to pick it up herself and ruin the surprise.
