- SCShweta ChandanMar 23, 20261.0Very rude lady called Laura who spoke with me over the phone. I bought a sweater a week ago and always wash once before wearing so tags are already off. Noticed a tear in the weave but looks like the lady wasn’t able to handle the issue well with any solution already making up her mind that she couldn’t verify whether it was a defect previously from their end and hinting customer is at fault! She hung up the phone saying I was interrupting her rather than giving me a solution of who to escalate this to or being apologetic for a defect like this from TH. This is not a run of the mill brand for being treated this way and if this gave away in one wash or I hadn’t noticed while buying, TH should give the customer the benefit of the doubt & exchange no questions asked- please have someone train your staff!
