- SDS. DeaneJan 19, 20231.0I went to the Sunglass Hut in the Macy's store in Paramus Park mall on 1/4/23 in hopes of buying some Aviator shades with my birthday gift card. I was soooo disappointed. The salesperson did not once asked if I needed help in which I did. She literally stayed on the phone the whole time gossiping out loud about her coworkers. I was so annoyed because I needed her help but she was not interested in helping me. They had a nice selection of shades but I didn't purchase anything due to the lack of customer service. I took my business elsewhere and ended up purchasing shades at The Bergen Plaza Mall. I would not recommend this particular Sunglass Hut due to unacceptable customer service.
