- KPKatheline PerezFeb 15, 20261.0To the Management Team, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your location on February 14th 2026 My experience with two of your associates was unacceptable for the following reasons: Lack of Professionalism: The level of customer service was significantly below the standard expected of a reputable eyewear provider. Inadequate Training: It was clear that the associates lacked the fundamental knowledge required to assist customers accurately. Significant Calculation Errors: I was nearly overcharged due to the staff's inability to correctly calculate numbers for my transaction. This lack of basic competency felt less like an honest mistake and more like a potential scam. As a customer, I expect transparency and accuracy, particularly regarding financial transactions and optical needs. Due to this experience, I no longer trust this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly recommend that you investigate the training protocols at this branch to prevent other customers from being misled or overcharged. I would appreciate a response regarding how you intend to address these training gaps.

There were many other people in the store but after I walked in he put up a ribbon to stop anyone from leaving from the store like I was going to steal? When I left he released the ribbon and never put it back up. When I visited again I asked for a specific budget and right away said they have nothing in the budget im looking for. I asked for a specific brand and he showed me they in fact did have glasses in my budget. It’s like he doesn’t want to deal with me. I had a gift card so that’s the only reason I went back. I’ll never go there again.
