- AMAlyssa M2 days ago1.0I visited this store to exchange something that I wasn’t happy with (tags still attached and NOT worn) and because I was 4 days over the 30 day return policy they REFUSED to even let me exchange it. I planned on spending at least $200 or more in addition to what I would’ve gotten back ($88) but to be honest the staff in this store is NEVER pleasant and the last few times I visited this location they are either talking to each other instead of helping customers, on their phones or the best? …. was the time that I had to walk to the front of the store to have someone ring me up after standing at the register for at least 5 minutes waiting because they were too busy chit chatting to each other. Now I’ve been a store manager in the retail world for almost 40 years and I’ve NEVER heard of any company that wouldn’t at least give you a store credit or an exchange for something else…..it was a few DAYS over not MONTHS or YEARS. I highly doubt that I will visit this location again and will most likely cancel my EXPRESS credit card …. This visit def left a bad taste. Oh and btw … when I asked for the customer service phone number, the manager on duty gave me some random number that seemed sort of legit when I called right after I left the store, but when I tried it again the next day just because I felt like it was the most unprofessional phone call I ever experienced, I got a message saying that the “Verizon Wireless customer is currently unavailable”? Like the saying goes …”you mess with the bull you get the horns”… 1 star because zero isn’t an option. WORST STORE EVER!!!

Instead of being personable, she had the BIGGEST attitude. She certainly lacked people skills, not even a good morning. It seems like anyone nowadays can be a manager. The cashier however was pleasant.
